Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Planewide Celebration by paying , Proliferating Magistrate's Scepter and Tamiyo four times. |
2 | Activate Tamiyo's second ability by removing three loyalty counters to return Planewide Celebration from your graveyard to your hand. |
3 | Activate Magistrate's Scepter by tapping it and removing three charge counters, taking an extra turn after this one. |
4 | Pass the turn. |
5 | Repeat. |
