How does this combo work?

2 | Activate the Mutagen by paying  due to Mutagen Man, tapping and sacrificing it. |
3 | Summoning Station triggers, untapping it. |
4 | Resolve the Mutagen ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control. |
5 | Repeat. |
