2. Activate The Blackstaff of Waterdeep by paying and tapping it, causing Isochron Scepter to become a 4/4 artifact creature.
3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Vitalize without paying its mana cost.
4. Resolve Vitalize, untapping all creatures you control.
5. Activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least .
