| All permanents on the battlefield (Arcanis the Omnipotent without summoning sickness on the battlefield and Kami of Whispered Hopes without summoning sickness and with power 2 or greater on the battlefield). |
Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Kami of Whispered Hopes by tapping it, adding at least two mana of any color. |
2 | Activate Arcanis's first ability by tapping it, causing you to draw three cards. |
3 | Tolarian Kraken triggers three times. Resolve the first two triggers, causing you to pay  to untap Arcanis and Kami of Whispered Hopes. |
4 | Resolve the last Tolarian Kraken trigger, choosing not to pay. |
5 | Repeat. |
