Steps

1. Cast Seething Anger with buyback by paying , targeting Biovisionary.
2. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a token copy of Biovisionary.
3. Resolve Seething Anger, giving Biovisionary +3/+0 until end of turn and returning Seething Anger to your hand.
4. Repeat two additional times, foregoing paying the buyback cost on the final iteration.
5. At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary you control triggers.
6. Resolve the first trigger, causing you to win the game.
