One with the Kami must be on the battlefield. Good-Fortune Unicorn must be on the battlefield. Altar of Dementia must be on the battlefield.
Steps
  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing any other modified creature you control with power one or greater.
  2. One with the Kami triggers, creating a number of 1/1 Spirit creature tokens equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
  3. The Spirit tokens enter the battlefield, triggering Good-Fortune Unicorn that many times, putting a +1/+1 counter on each Spirit token.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
  5. Repeat.
Results
Infinite +1/+1 counters. Infinite creature tokens. Infinite death triggers. Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB. Infinite mill. Infinite sacrifice triggers. Infinite self-mill.
