- Clone on the battlefield (Clone as a copy of Civilized Scholar on the battlefield).
- Creature with dredge in your graveyard.
- Civilized Scholar // Homicidal Brute in hand or on the battlefield or in the command zone or in exile or in your graveyard or in your library.
- Clone does not have summoning sickness.
Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Activate Clone using Civilized Scholar's ability by tapping it.
- 2Resolve that ability and choose to modify it with dredge, causing you to mill at least one card, return the creature card with dredge from your graveyard to your hand, then discard that same card, untap Clone and fail to transform it.
- 3Repeat.
