What do I need to start this combo?
- All permanents on the battlefield (Thornbite Staff attached to a Spider you control without summoning sickness on the battlefield and Power of Fire attached to the Spider that has Thornbite Staff attached on the battlefield).
Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Activate the Spider with Thornbite Staff and Power of Fire attached by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to a creature an opponent controls and destroying it due to the Spider's deathtouch.
- 2When the creature dies, Shelob and the Spider tapped in step 1 trigger.
- 3Resolve the Shelob trigger, creating a token copy of the creature that died that is a Food artifact.
- 4Resolve the Spider trigger, untapping it.
- 5Repeat as desired. You can also repeat this loop whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.
