Ulasht, the Hate Seed must be on the battlefield. Sadistic Glee must be on the battlefield (attached to Ulasht). Ashnod's Altar must be on the battlefield. Ulasht has at least one removable +1/+1 counter on it. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Activate Ulasht by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Saproling, adding .
3. When the Saproling dies, Sadistic Glee triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Ulasht.
4. Repeat.
