Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Pyreheart Wolf |
2 | When Pyreheart Wolf dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. |
3 | When Pyreheart Wolf enters, Blasting Station triggers, untapping Blasting Station. |
4 | Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1. |
5 | Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Pyreheart Wolf |
6 | When Pyreheart Wolf dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it. |
7 | Pyreheart Wolf enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness. Its undying ability and Blasting Station trigger. |
8 | Resolve the undying trigger, returning Pyreheart Wolf from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. |
9 | When Pyreheart Wolf enters, Blasting Station triggers. Resolve both triggers from this step and step 7, untapping Blasting Station. |
10 | Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 5. |
11 | Repeat from step 5. |
