   Steps

How does this combo work?
1
Activate Triskelavus by paying 1 and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Triskelavite artifact creature token.
2
The Triskelavite enters the battlefield, triggering Mana Echoes and Cathars' Crusade.
3
Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding for each Triskelavite you control.
4
Resolve the Cathars' Crusade trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
5
Repeat.

Once you have infinite Triskelavite tokens, you may sacrifice them to deal infinite damage to any target(s).
