How does this combo work?
1 | Cast the creature with mana value 0 from your hand by paying  . |
2 | Inexorable Tide triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness. |
3 | Evolution Witness triggers, returning the other creature with mana value 0 from your graveyard to your hand. |
4 | Resolve the creature spell cast in step 1. |
5 | The creature enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness. |
6 | Repeat. |
