Steps

1. Cast Whim of Volrath with buyback by paying , targeting Biovisionary.
2. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a copy of Biovisionary.
3. Resolve Whim of Volrath, changing nothing and returning it to your hand.
4. Repeat two additional times, foregoing paying the buyback cost on the final iteration.
5. At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary triggers.
6. Resolve the first Biovisionary trigger, causing you to win the game.
