Steps

2. Echo Storm triggers, creating a copy of itself, targeting Naru Meha.
3. Resolve the copy of Echo Storm, creating a token copy of Naru Meha.
4. Put the token Naru Meha into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
5. The Naru Meha token's enters-the-battlefield ability triggers, creating a copy of Echo Storm, targeting Naru Meha.
6. Repeat from step 3.
