Ghostly Flicker must be in hand. Mizzix of the Izmagnus must be on the battlefield. Izzet Chronarch must be on the battlefield. Paradise Plume must be on the battlefield. You have at least two experience counters.
Steps
  1. Activate Paradise Plume by tapping it, adding .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , targeting Paradise Plume and Izzet Chronarch, blinking them as well as triggering Paradise Plume to gain you 1 life.
  3. When Izzet Chronarch enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to you hand.
  4. When Paradise Plume enters the battlefield, choose "blue".
  5. Repeat.
