- 3When Lutri enters, it triggers, copying Whirlwind Technique targeting Lutri.
- 4Resolve Whirlwind Technique, airbending Lutri.
- 5Holding priority, cast Lutri from exile by paying
due to Urza's Incubator. - 6Repeat from step 3.
