Ascend from Avernus must be in hand. Naru Meha, Master Wizard must be in hand. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Ascend from Avernus by paying .
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying .
3. Naru Meha enters the battlefield, creating a copy of Ascend from Avernus.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha, adding one mana of any color.
5. Resolve the copy of Ascend from Avernus, returning all creature and planeswalker cards with mana value four or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. Repeat from step 3.
