Steps

1. Activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least .
2. Activate The Blackstaff of Waterdeep by paying and tapping it, causing Isochron Scepter to become a 4/4 artifact creature.
3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Rally of Wings without paying its mana cost.
4. Resolve Rally of Wings, untapping all creatures you control.
5. Activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least .
6. Repeat from step 3.
