Hey folks! Submitted for your approval, we have the 4th and final precon upgrade guide for Universes Beyond: Fallout - this time covering the Science! Precon and its face commander - the overworked but brilliant scientist - Dr. Madison Li.

In this upgrade, we'll be aiming to augment the decks already present artifact centric gameplan by adding in more artifacts and artifact payoffs to more reliable proc Dr. Li's energy generation and generate us additional value along side her as we cast said artifacts, as well as slotting in more sources of energy generation and ways to spend said energy so that we can charge our energy reserves even faster - which in turn lets us use our commander more energy hungry abilities more often - and to provide us with alternate ways to said our energy for additional utility and value outside of her – giving the good doctor and her Brotherhood of Steel allies the best chance at toppling the Enclave’s genocidal organization once and for all.
