Welcome to episode 197 of the Commander's Guild: "How do I Hold all These Experience Counters?" Every week I go to scryfall.com and randomly select a card, making a budget (under $100) commander deck around it and showcasing a gameplay video of the deck. This week I'm joined by Cole, Jason, and Bilal.

This week's random card is Azlask, the Swelling Scourge and they're also the commander. Azlask is the only five-color commander that cares about Experience Counters so we're aiming to make as many Experience Counters as possible by loading up on every creature that cares about them plus some proliferate effects. Otherwise, we also have a ton of Eldrazi Scions/Spawn to maximize our mana production and Azlask's abilities.

If you have suggestions for any future deck ideas (or want to request a specific card to build around), let me know in the comments. Hope you enjoy it!
