Welcome to episode 196 of the Commander's Guild: "Can't Touch This" Every week I go to scryfall.com and randomly select a card, making a budget (under $100) commander deck around it and showcasing a gameplay video of the deck. This week I'm joined by Cole, Jason, and Bilal.
This week's random card is Soul Echo and uses Elesh Norn as the commander. Mono-White prison is a pretty common archetype but what if we throw in a counter theme with some proliferate to spice things up?
