Welcome to episode 199 of the Commander's Guild: "Mahalementals" Every week I go to scryfall.com and randomly select a card, making a budget (under $100) commander deck around it and showcasing a gameplay video of the deck. This week I'm joined by Vintage, Jason, and Bilal.
This week's random card is Maha, its Feathers Night and he's also the commander. Elementals are a creature type that doesn't really show up in mono-black despite working well with -1/-1 counters and wither effects. Throw in a little devotion and we've got a deck.
