This week's random card is Urabrask, Heretic Praetor and he's also the commander. Mono-Red has gotten a huge amount of support for exile-based strategies, especially considering the uptick in impulse draw effects. This means we can very easily gain card advantage, ramp, and do damage all with exile effects.
