Niv-Mizzet Parun isn't new to Ravnica or to commander tables. We have seen the combos and the value spells. Where does this commander fit in? I have seen so much good stuff for the spellslinger archetype in the past year; this opens up so many possibilities for customization. I think that this Niv Mizzet will look nothing like its previous iterations. This deck is flexible (except in mana cost) powerful (except for the power of all the creatures in the deck) and fun (except for your opponents).
