Today we have a special new format called Artisan! Brought to my attention by Alex Kessler of Masters of Modern, youtube.com/c/TheMMCast that uses a common or uncommon legendary commander and consistas of Uncommons and Commons in the 99. The 99 has to have been physically printed at uncommon at some point, so cards like Demonic Tutor and Ancient Tomb are legal! Right now the format is in a wide open "Wild West" phase, so its a total blast, though some commanders like Tatyova and Krenko are standouts, or Tier Zero. The games can be somewhat lonmg and grindy, but are a TON of fun, and for me, a return to the true feeling of the fabled "Kitchen Table Magic"
