MTG Specs - Magic: The Gathering 1 v 1 Commander Gameplay ft. Toski vs Prosper (Round 1, Best of 3 match).
If you would like the chance to be made into a Streetfighter version of yourself (like the awesome guys from my playgroup) and be featured in the opening credits of the next video, read below!
Let's play Leviathan commander! 30 life, a unique ban list (that includes Sol Ring) and the option to swap commanders between best of three matches.
We've taken 32 of our personal Magic: The Gathering EDH brews and had them randomly sorted into a single elimination bracket tournament style system (think Wimbledon but with way more dragons). And to make it more personal and high-stakes, we're married - magic content that could end in a divorce - how could you pass that up? All the frustration, misplays and dismay at the horrible cards I sometimes play have been left in - we aren't experts, we just love magic! All authentic and all fun!
Check my recent community post and the end of this video to see the full roster and the matches that each deck have been sorted into. Each match is best of three and even if a deck takes the first two games (and therefore wins), we will play a third just for fun. Deck lists cannot change between rounds.
Each week, one subscriber to the channel who likes the video and comments who they think will win next week's match between Aragorn, the Uniter and Chatterfang, Squirrel General, will be turned into a streetfighter version of themselves and featured in the opening credits of that video! I will put a shout out in the community messages to arrange.
This is a summer of Magic: The Gathering gameplay on the channel - subscribe and hit the notification bell for the rest of this series and four player content coming soon! We will be going live with some of the matches in this series and hosting a live deck building session for two of the decks so you can contribute and see your suggestions in action.
Also, Magic is hard and even harder when you are monitoring cameras and soothing dogs that want walkies and belly rubs - be kind!
Thank you for stopping by and a huge thank you to everyone who has hit subscribe so far.
The whizzy intro of cartoon me was created by George Lee - a legend and a scholar.
