There're definitely many different ways you can trigger Electric Thunder. I chose the aura route because I will always prefer permanents over nonpermanents. However, there're many different ways you can build Blanka. But, thanks to those auras, it's easier to win via combo by going infinite or simply providing value over time as well as death by a thousand cuts.
