This is Precon Power-Up 4/5, starring the Jeskai precon, Timeless Wisdom, lead by Gavi, Nest Warden! She wants us to cycle cards on our opponents' turns, for free, and then do it again to make Cat Dinosaur tokens! We have a $50 budget to upgrade Timeless Wisdom, and we stretch that money as far as we can!
