Tomik is a very cool and very interesting commander. Affinity for planeswalkers is not something you see a lot, and its very nice on a commander, as importantly it will also reduce commander tax. That in itself is just going to be very stong, and will mean we want to run a decent amount of planeswalkers to make the most of it.

The 2nd ability, is pretty much a pillow fort ability, as its incentivising our opponents not to attack us.

So when we combine those two, we end up with the plan for the deck. This is going to be a superfriends deck with a pillow fort subtheme.
