- Light of Promise attached to Mindless Automaton. You have a way to draw a card except the first card you draw during your draw step.
Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Draw a card, instead causing you to draw two cards due to Alhammarret's Archive.
- 2Shabraz triggers twice.
- 3Resolve a Shabraz trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself and causing you to gain two life.
- 4Mindless Automaton triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on itself.
- 5Repeat from step 3 one additional time.
- 6Activate Mindless Automaton's second ability by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to draw two cards.
- 7Repeat from step 2.
