Steps
  1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing another creature.
  2. When the creature dies, Rotlung Reanimator triggers, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token that is a Cleric due to Conspiracy.
  3. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability, causing you to scry 1.
  4. Repeat.
