How does this combo work?

2 | Cast Lab Rats with buyback by paying  . |
3 | Onyx Talisman triggers, causing you to pay  to untap Cabal Coffers. |
4 | Resolve Lab Rats, creating a 1/1 Rat creature token and returning Lab Rats to your hand. |
5 | Repeat. |
