Steps
  1. Cast Leveler by paying 5.
  2. When Leveler enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling your library.
  3. Cast Time Warp by paying 3, causing you to take an extra turn after this one, and put Time Warp on the bottom of your library due to Wheel of Sun and Moon.
  4. Move to your next turn, drawing Time Warp from your library.
  5. Repeat from step 3.
