Steps
  1. Activate Warchanter Skald by tapping it.
  2. Warchanter Skald triggers, creating a 2/1 Dwarf Berserker creature token.
  3. The Dwarf Berserker enters the battlefield, triggering Intruder Alarm, untapping all creatures.
  4. Resolve the Warchanter Skald ability from step 1, causing you to surveil.
  5. Repeat.
