Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Woodfall Primus, adding  . |
2 | When Woodfall Primus dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard with a -1/-1 counter on it. |
3 | Whe Woodfall Primus enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting any noncreature permanent. |
4 | Holding priority, activate Quillspike by paying and removing the -1/-1 counter from Woodfall Primus, giving Quillspike +3/+3 until end of turn. |
5 | Repeat. |
6 | You may also repeat this loop as desired during future turns to destroy any number of noncreature permanents. |
