Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Slobad by tapping it and sacrificing Dross Scorpion, adding  that can only be spent to cast artifact spells or to activate abilities of artifacts. |
2 | Dross Scorpion dies, triggering itself and Enduring Renewal. |
3 | Resolve the Dross Scorpion trigger, untapping Slobad. |
4 | Resolve the Enduring Renewal trigger, returning Dross Scorpion from your graveyard to your hand. |
5 | Cast Dross Scorpion by paying . |
6 | Repeat. |
