How does this combo work?

2 | Deal damage to Nested Ghoul. |
3 | Nested Ghoul triggers, creating a 2/2 Phyrexian Zombie creature token. |
4 | The Phyrexian Zombie enters the battlefield, triggering Pandemonium, causing the Phyrexian Zombie to deal damage equal to its power to Nested Ghoul. |
5 | Repeat from step 3. |
