How does this combo work?

Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the creature with power four or greater.
2
The creature dies, triggering Warbeast of Gorgoroth twice, creating a 0/0 Army creature token if you don't control one, then putting four +1/+1 counters on an Army you control.
3
Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
4
Repeat.
