How does this combo work?

2 | Repeat step 1 until Phyrexian Devourer's power is seven or greater. |
3 | Phyrexian Devourer's first ability triggers, causing you to not sacrifice Phyrexian Devourer due to Assault Suit. |
4 | Phyrexian Devourer's first ability triggers again, causing a mandatory infinite loop, ending the game in a draw. |
