What do I need to start this combo?

| Magistrate's Scepter and Spacecraft in exile (Magistrate's Scepter and Spacecraft exiled by Myr Welder in exile). | |
| Other creatures you control have total power 3 or greater. |
Steps
How does this combo work?

2 | If necessary, repeat step 1 until Myr Welder has three or more charge counters on it. |
3 | Activate Myr Welder using Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one. |
