Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | During an opponent's turn, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding  . |
2 | Kels triggers, and The Watcher in the Water's second ability triggers if the sacrificed creature was a Tentacle. |
3 | Resolve the Watcher in the Water trigger, if applicable, untapping up to one Kraken and putting a stun counter on up to one permanent. |
4 | Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay to draw a card. |
5 | The Watcher in the Water's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token. |
6 | Repeat. |
