Steps

- The creature dies, triggering One with the Kami, creating a number of 1/1 Spirit creature tokens equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
- Each Spirit enters with a +1/+1 counter on it due to Master Chef.
- Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
- Repeat.
