Death's Presence must be on the battlefield. Ashnod's Altar must be on the battlefield. Triskelavus must be on the battlefield. Triskelavus has at least two +1/+1 counters on it. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Activate Triskelavus by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Triskelavite artifact creature token.
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Triskelavite, adding .
3. When the Triskelavite dies, Death's Presence triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Triskelavus.
4. Repeat.
5. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead sacrifice the Triskelavite using its own ability to deal infinite damage to any target(s).
