Steps
  1. Activate Kiora's Follower by tapping it, targeting Mirror Image.
  2. Illusionist's Bracers triggers, copying Kiora's Follower's ability.
  3. Resolve both Kiora's Follower abilities, untapping Mirror Image and another permanent you control.
  4. Activate Mirror Image by tapping it, untapping Kiora's Follower.
  5. Repeat.
Results
Infinite mana permanents you control can produce. Infinite untap of permanents you control.
