Steps

1. Activate Liquimetal Torque's second ability by tapping it, causing Biovisionary to become an artifact until end of turn.
2. Cast Echo Storm by paying , targeting Biovisionary.
3. Echo Storm triggers, copying it for each time you've cast from the command zone this game, with each copy targeting Biovisionary.
4. Resolve all Echo Storms, creating that make copies of Biovisionary.
5. At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary triggers.
6. Resolve the first trigger, causing you to win the game.
