Steps

1. Activate Drowner of Hope by paying , blinking it.
2. When Drowner of Hope enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Drowner of Hope trigger, creating two 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature tokens.
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Drowner of Hope.
5. Activate an Eldrazi Scion by tapping it, adding .
6. Activate an Eldrazi Scion by sacrificing it, adding .
7. Repeat.
