- All permanents on the battlefield.
- Medicine Runner does not have a flying counter on it.
Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Medicine Runner, adding one mana of any color.
- 2When Medicine Runner dies, Luminous Broodmoth triggers, returning Medicine Runner from your graveyard to the battlefield with a flying counter on it.
- 3When Medicine Runner enters the battlefield, it triggers, removing the flying counter from Medicine Runner.
- 4Repeat.
