Requires

Storvald, Frost Giant Jarl must be in hand, or in the command zone. Tree of Redemption must be on the battlefield. Near-Death Experience must be on the battlefield. Vernal Equinox must be on the battlefield. Tree of Redemption does not have summoning sickness. Mana needed: plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable

Steps

1. On the end step prior to your turn, cast Storvald either from your hand or from the command zone by paying and commander tax, if applicable.
2. When Storvald enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing Tree or Redemption's power and toughness to become 1 until end of turn.
3. Activate Tree of Redemption by tapping it, causing your life total to become 1.
4. At the beginning of your upkeep, Near-Death Experience triggers, causing you to win the game.
