How does this combo work?

2 | Activate Ley Weaver by tapping it, untapping the two lands. |
3 | Activate Fatestitcher by tapping it, targeting Halo Fountain. |
4 | Holding priority, activate Halo Fountain by paying , tapping it, and untapping Fatestitcher and Ley Weaver, causing you to draw a card. |
5 | Resolve the Fatestitcher ability, untapping Halo Fountain. |
6 | Repeat. |
