Steps

1. Cast Lore Drakkis for its mutate cost by paying , putting it under Grinning Ignus.
2. Lore Drakkis triggers, returning Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard to your hand.
3. Activate Grinning Ignus by paying and returning it and Lore Drakkis from the battlefield to your hand, adding .
4. Cast Grinning Ignus by paying .
5. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
6. Repeat each turn.
